    Roasting: Four-week course

    This roasting class is for home roasters or those who dream of roasting their own coffee at home in the near future. This four-week class will provide ideas and practical strategies on how to roast and improve flavours by developing and adjusting roasting profiles.


    Each session includes a knowledge session, tasting and evaluation, roast planning, and roasting.


    Weekly Sessions (1.5 hours per week):

    • Week 2: Tasting & Profile Comparisons
    • Week 3: Roast variables & Profile Adjustment
    • Week 4: Sensory Evaluation & Analyze roasting profile
