If there was no sensory club at Cafe in my hometown I couldn’t find a way to get into specialty coffee in professional level.
Even after deciding to fully commit to coffee, I struggled to find the right direction until I discovered this weekly tasting club. Without it, it would have taken me much longer to develop my sensory skills and build an industry-standard approach to flavor evaluation.
For customers, having a good café in their neighborhood is important. For professionals, having a mentor who can guide them in the right direction is crucial for building a career.
Sometimes, we also need a place to meet others walking the same path, to help, encourage, and exchange ideas, no matter how long we have been in the industry.
That is the purpose of starting this club.
We are not entirely sure where it will go yet, but its direction will be shaped by our future members.

We research, modify, and apply it through real cafe experience. We would love to share what we do and hear your critical opinions to improve our theories. If you have your own ideas, we are happy to create a stage for you to present.
