Brewing Essentials Class:

Brewing Essentials is for people who want to learn fundamental brewing theories.

Session1:

• General knowledge of flavour perception
• How coffee flavour changes from the earlier to later extraction
• Experience sharing & discussion

Session2:

• General knowledge of brewing devices
• How geometric shape impacts the brewing
• Compare 4 types of brewers with 1 coffee 

Class info:

• Class starts at 6:30pm, 1.5 hours class
• $75 / person, maximum 6 people
