Brewing Advanced Class:

Brewing Advanced is for professional level barista who are willing to take one step forward to competition level. Also, home-brewers who are at a similar level.

Knowledge Session:

• Brewing theories
• Extraction and flavour changes
• Technical Evaluation
• Evaluation data analysis
• How to set a brewing target
• Develope recipes & recipe builder 

Hands-on Session:

• Technical Evaluation
• Dialing & Recipe building process 

Class info:

• Every Wednesday at 6pm, 1.5 hours class
• $160 / person, maximum 2 people
