Colibri Bakery x Paradigm Spark

Colibri Cake Boutique was created by two exceptional pastry chefs, Diana Horobets and Maria de los Angeles Delgado. Inspired by the hummingbird (colibri), their work is all about joy, sweetness, and artistry. With Diana’s creative vision and Maria’s technical precision, every macaron is handcrafted in small batches using the finest ingredients. The result? Macarons that are visually stunning, deeply flavourful, and crafted with true intention.

To celebrate the season, Colibri is bringing an exclusive Christmas lineup to our Experience Bar on December 21 (Sunday), from 11am–2pm.
