We’re excited to introduce our newest collaboration with Saïd, a talented pastry chef work blends French technique with his Comorian roots. Saïd approaches pastry with intelligence, intention, and deep respect for flavour development. The qualities that resonate strongly with our own philosophy at Paradigm Spark. His attention to detail and commitment to his craft make every creation feel personal. We’re honoured to bring his flavours and story to our cafe!

Walk-in purchase is available but if you want to secure yours, highly recommend pre-order for pick up!
