This season’s coffee reflects a decade of change in the industry. The focal point has drifted from drying alone to fermentation as a creative tool. By blending a natural process coffee with an extended fermentation coffee, we built a cup that’s soft and smooth, with gentle mango notes and coconut-water-like sweetness.

A great cup of coffee always carries a story. Flavour, producers, roasting, brewing. With Seasonal Edition, we add one more layer: our story. Every 2–3 months, we choose a seasonal theme, build a blend that reflects it, and serve it as a complete set: an original creation drink, espresso, pour-over, and Soulmate. Seasonal Edition beans are also available on our retail shelves and online, so you can take the same coffee home and brew it with your daily gear.
Seasonal Edition is intentionally limited. We only live this moment once, when an edition is gone, it won’t return. Take the time to enjoy and celebrate each one while they last.
