    Producer Story

Wilder Lazo began his career as a veterinarian, specializing in livestock farming, before taking a transformative step into coffee in 2016. When his father fell ill and coffee prices dropped, he and his brother chose to modernize their family’s farm, Finca Bella Alejandría in Huila, Colombia.

Bringing a scientific mindset to the process, Wilder introduced precision agriculture by analyzing soil composition and applying targeted nutrients to balance pH and enhance the trees’ access to essential minerals. This deliberate, data-driven approach elevated both the health of the farm and the clarity of expression in the cup.

Today, Wilder’s coffees consistently earn high cupping scores, a reflection of his precision, curiosity, and care. His work stands as proof that innovation and sustainability can coexist beautifully and we’re proud to share the results of his craft with you in every bag.

Phase 3: 100 hours drying, natural
