Three coffees from Alejo Castro, all Anaerobic Natural, each showing a totally different expression through variety + processing.

Pomelo, White Peach, White Wine - gently fermented, showcasing florality of Gesha variety and hint of fermentation notes.

🍒SL-34
Cherry compote, Star fruit, Bergamot - sweet and rounded wide range of fruit notes.

🍊Java
Blood Orange, Truffle, Red Plum - wild and funky but balanced well with big sweetness.
